Nicola graduated with an honours degree in Interior Architecture from Edinburgh Napier University in 2012.
Nicola joined Albany Lettings as Branch Manager with a wealth of property management experience and a natural flair for developing and sustaining relationships.

Nicola has had exposure to all roles within property lettings and management and is able to develop her team to a high standard. Nicola has successfully completed her LETWELL accredited course which was one of the first courses available for letting agents.
Bethany joined Albany Lettings and has excelled in her role from the start.
With already having experience in the property industry, Bethany hit the ground running and is responsible for Albany's super efficient letting service.
Bethany's friendly, helpful attitude means that we get the best tenants for our landlord and retain many of them on a long term basis. She is our viewing queen and always gets such positive feedback from everyone she comes in contact with.
Bethany is currently working towards completing her ARLA exams, NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 6, which will only add to her knowledge of the industry.
Laura joined the team as a property administrator after showcasing her love of customer service and organisation!
Laura is responsible for handling all the office administrative duties and supporting the lettings team in sourcing the best tenants. Laura is our energetic front of house and will most likely be the first person you speak to on the phone or meet in the office.
Laura is currently working towards completing his ARLA exams, NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 6, which will add to her growing knowledge of the industry.
Jenna joined the team as a property manager after gaining experience as a property manager in a previous role.
Jenna is responsible for looking after all of our tenants, ensuring they get the very best care. Jenna's experience in property management has allowed her to hit the ground running and we're thrilled to have her on the team! Her bubbly and energetic attitude showcases her excellent customer service and her willingness to get any issue sorted fast.
Jenna has successfully passed her LETWELL property exams which are accredited by Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS) and the CIH Housing Academy (CIH). This further adds to her existent knowledge of the industry.
